No partner will let you drill like this
Attacking an opponent's head is one of the hardest skills in wrestling to master, and no human partner will let you practice it with the power, repetition, or precision it takes to get good at it.
- Train anytime. No drill line, no waiting, no partner to wear out.
- 200–300+ extra reps a week.The volume that separates a placer from a champion.
- Human-like resistance.A patented spring system with full upper-body motion, not dead foam weight.
- Sized for your athlete.Large, Junior, and Tyke — pop-warner through NCAA.
Mount it. Drill it. Own it.
One of the most innovative minds in the history of wrestling
Carl Adams started A&W Wrestling — now Adams Athletics — over 45 years ago. At 23 he designed and patented the ADAM Takedown Machine, wrestling's first mechanical, spring-loaded, full-body training device.
He is a Distinguished Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, a four-time National Champion, a World Team member, and a Division I coach for 41 years. At Iowa State he became the first true freshman to earn All-American honors, won two NCAA Championships, and was part of three NCAA Championship teams.
He hosted the World Class Wrestling Institute for 34 consecutive years — over 20,000 athletes attended.
